Learn a dance routine for your hen party to the song or the theme of your choice. Our friendly and experienced instructors guarantee you and your friends will have a time to remember! Feel free to dress-up and don’t forget your heels!
On the day our friendly stuff member will welcome you and explain what’s next. Once all your guests are in and ready (fancy dress advised, but save your heels for later!), you’ll need to fill in a disclaimer and a brief fitness questionnaire.
Your dance workshop will start with a fun warm up. Your instructor may surprise you with party games or a fun competition to get you going.
After warm up you will learn a variety of moves and steps and a routine all focused on your chosen dance style. Then it will be the time to put your heels on as the dance workshop will lead to a fantastic performance, where you will be the star!
Our dance hen parties run for 2 hours at Rochester Dance Junction studios by experienced, friendly and bubbly dance instructors who will create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which welcomes women of all ages and abilities, so there is no need to feel nervous.

John Travolta eat your heart out! Get your groove on as we take you through some essential 70’s dance moves! Once you’ve perfected your moves its time to get your 70’s gear on and put together your show stopping disco routine! Glam, glitz and pure girly fun!
DIRTY DANCING
Don’t put baby in the corner - Come and shake your watermelons whilst dancing latino style and having the time of your lives!
WEST END EXPERIENCE
From warm up to classic west end songs pick to learning a routine from all-time favourite musicals such as Mama Mia or Hairspray.
80's EXPERIENCE
Want to go back to the 80’s? Can’t get enough of those legwarmers and fluorescent colours? Then its time to learn your exclusive dance routine to any 80’s song of your choice and be prepared to try out some crazy 80’s dance moves!
LATIN DIVA
Take on moves from the 'Strictly...', learn a chicky cha cha, fun samba, sensual rumba, passionate paso doble or fiery jive!
MADONNA MADNESS
Get ready to strike a pose! You and your girls will be strutting your stuff like the queen of pop in no time. Your instructor will have you dancing to Madonna’s greatest hits such as Material Girl and Vogue.
DIVA POP FEVER
Pick to learn a routine to your favourite song by your favourite pop diva!!! Learn a pop routine to your favourite artist such as Britney, Beyonce, Rhianna, Pussycat Dolls, Sugar Babes and many more - You choose and let loose.
BURLESQUE
Come and learn to tantalise and tease in this fun and flirtatious dance experience. From seductive struts and sexy shimmies to the bump'n'grind and pin-up poses – we will help you unleash your inner burlesque star! After a fun Can-Can warm-up, learn a fun dance routine including the use of props, feather boas and other accessories (provided).
