Salima has worked as Aerobic Instructor since 1995. She is fully qualified and experienced in a number of fitness areas.
Her career started in Hamburg, Germany where Salima has been trained. She has been qualified as Instructor in Tai-Bo , Spinning, Step, LBT and Body Pump. Salima has been running classes in Germany, Spain and France. Her experience also includes work as a sport model.

LEGS, BUMS and TUMS for BEGINNERS
Class will last an hour, starting with a full body warm-up (10-15 min). Then a tonning blast for the lower Body focusing mainly on bums, tums and abdominals.
This class will incorporate upper body exercises and will
usually use resistance equipment such as hand weight and resistance bands to promote muscular strengthening.
It will also include some cardiovascular workout that will maximises fat burning by combining
high and low impact moves and combinations.
