Turkish Belly Dance - Middle Eastern Dance - is a very effective exercise form and is ideal as an exercise for mind and body as it falls in the same category as Meditation and Yoga. The class will consist of dance routines to Turkish arabesque, arabic flamenco and Gypsy music. We will concentrate on torso, legs and upper arm areas. After having a few classes you will begin to notice a vast change in body appearance as well as a huge confidence boost. Turkish bellydance is one of the most sexiest of all the middle eastern dances and most cabaret performers often infurse Turkish style in there choreography...ie, Shakira regulary is taught by Teachers from Istanbul. Please dress comfortably ( gypsy skirts are most welcome accompanied with a hip belt / scarf ). 8.00 PM - 9.00 PM Shimmy your way to your summer body with this fun and informal fitness dance class using techniques taken from Middle Eastern Dance ( Belly Dance ).
